Ori and the Blind Forest made expectations of this game pretty high but developers didn't disappoint me.
I'm mostly talking about the story though. I doubt there's many gamers out there who could skip on this story. It was sad, deep and happy at the same time. If I said Blind Forest had a great story then Will of the Wisps is beyond this world.
I was however a bit annoyed by some of the bugs in the game - note this comes from the high expectations I had before the release.
Also a few features seemed like they were taken from Hollow Knight, like the map building, save feature, etc.. but the boss fights were pretty amazing compared to escapes from Blind Forest - although I did not welcome that feature at all at first.

My personal rating would be 9.5/10
