good fun

I haven't played much of this game yet, but I can tell I will keep coming back to it. The replayability is incredibly high. This is one of those games where it's easy to learn but hard to master.

This is potentially better than Papers, Please, one of my favourite games of all time.

The game is gorgeous, the soundtrack is beautiful and the gameplay is enjoyable and captivating, using clues and deduction to determine the name and fate of all 60 of the crew and passengers of the Obra Dinn.

An incredible experience, I am sure to play this many times.
Buy this game, buy it now and go in blind.

A thoroughly excellent experience. With the current content I enjoyed 40 hours with this game and with the promise of more, I can easily see myself spending dozens more hours playing in the future. My forty hours comes from completing all three scenarios at least twice each and earning all achievements.

Even if you just play through the current scenarios once each on normal, you should still manage to get at least 10 hours out of the game in its current state. I recommend Frostpunk at full price in its current state.

A challenging but enjoyable button pressing game. You'd better know where all the keys on your keybourd are located in order to have a chance at this game. With pretty art and enjoyable gameplay I can definitely recommend this game. A wee bit grindy though to increase star level.

Do not kid yourself, this is an expandalone (expansion/stand-alone) to Democracy 3. While there are a few new policies, it is very similar to vanilla Democracy 3 except based on African countries. A lot of these countries are much harder than the countries included in the vanilla game. However, even if you fix all of a countries problems you'll probably end up with mass urbanisation which is frustrating to no end.

I do, however, recommend this game despite the similarities. If you do not own Democracy 3 or absolutely love Democracy 3, I recommend that you buy this game right now. If you own Democracy 3 and think it's a pretty good game, I recommend picking up Democracy 3: Africa later this year when it is on sale.
