Review Showcase
499 Hours played
After playing more then 200 hours of this game I finally decided to make an review of it.

All began when I was watching presentation of borderlands 3 announcement. Gearbox performed as a publisher of some games and one of them was Risk of Rain 2 (next RoR2 in narration). I didnt play RoR 1, so when I saw some gameplay of RoR 2 I did know nothing about this game. As far as i know now, RoR 2 is a 3D version of RoR 1 but with some changes. Just for you to know.

Man, something catch me so much about this game and on the next day i bought it for myself and my girlfriend. May be i did it becouse of lack Co-op games nowadays or my misunderstanding of this game and i want to know more, or may be both of this reasons.
Now I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best investment of my money and time. Dont even think, just buy this game!

My first impressions was - "wow, what is this, what do i have to do?, ok shoot this monser, wow why are so much of them, okey, the map is so huge, teleporter, ok i have to wait for it to charge, is that a boss? why am i dead? lets try one more time, and one more time, and one more time and so on".
For the last 2 years i dont remember the game which was so interesting to play and I going to bed was wishing for one more run. And on the next day after work I was all in RoR 2 for hours untill its so late that I have to sleep like 3-4 hours.
All the emotions, there are so much of them, and they are all good. I have so much pleasure playing this game.

Ok. Let's stop a bit with my feelings and story.

About the game:

On the begining its hard, you dont know what to do and what is the purpose, youre trying and searching until u realise that u have to find the teleporter, activate it, kill the boss, charge teleporter and go on the next map. This process is infinite, but dont be dissapointed, this is a core of gameplay. With every location u reach, difficulty grows. Amount of enemies grows, ther heals and damage increases. BUT, your character doesnt standing still, its impoving with every level and every item u picked up. Items? What items? There are several chests on every location, basically the amount is from 4 to 10 on each map. And if you want to open it, u have to collect the necessary number of gold, how u do it? Kill monsters! Easy and peasy.

For today there are 6 characters you can play, but 5 of them u need to unlock by compliting challenges. Every hero is unique and have very different gameplay style.
There are huge collection of items that boost your hero in different aspects.
Lots of maps, basic and hidden.
Cute but dangerous monsters.

Final:

If you read my story and decided to buy and play RoR 2, here for your some advices:
1)Don't die! If your die the game is over and u have to start it again. But if you are playing with a friend and someone of you die, your can respawn on the next level if your friend finished that location solo, or you.
2)Everything wants to kill you, not hug. So stay in the distance.
3)Don't be greedy for items. If there are a lot of monsters around chest or item, kill them first or take them away and only then pick an item up.
4)To find teleport search the orange sparks in the air.
5)The most dangerous opponents are fire and snow ones, don't let them hit you.
6)When you are fighting a stone titane, search for cover but don't forget to look under you, it can hit from the ground.
7)Take your friend with your, or up to 3 friends and play togeather, there fo much fun!
8)Don't forget to complete challenges, it will open new items and heros for you.
9)Playing on Monsoon difficulty is how are we doing it!
10)And good luck on the battlefield, you will really need it!

And remember, the game is still in development, over time, it will be filled with more content.
