I have to recommend not only against this game but GUN MEDIA as a whole. If friday the 13th was not a red flag. Well tcm is. I have played the public test build, was given a content creator key for the game on release, had the studio head "Wes" in my stream and was clearly known by the dev team. I streamed this game 6 out of 7 days of the week since it's release. And have grown to be one of the top streamers of this game.

All of this not to gloat by any means. But to give a backstory to my relationship with the devs leading up to this point. There was a backlash initially on reddit by console users upset that I use reshade on my game. Now they made tons of threads saying disgusting things about me. And they were promptly locked by ppl on the gun media team. As well as in their offical GUN MEDIA discord. So gun media was made aware of my use of reshade early on in January. Which mind you reshade is whitelisted by eac and never denounced by any gun media developer. Even moreso them being in my stream and had actively seen me use it.

Lets lead up to someone who chose to start cheating in the already small community playerbase left for this game. He saw me get heat for reshade from console users and decided to spoof my name & impersonate me to make ppl believe I was cheating. Naturally people do not do their due diligence and assume that it is infact me. People start harassing me across all social media platforms. Twitch/youtube/tiktok/twitter etc, I report this is happening to gun media through support ticket along with tons of my viewers and people who have come across this guy themselves. Not to mention have a clip of me actually ending up in the lobby with him at the same time.

I complain to gun for months at this point...still supporting their game, buying all their dlc, gifting it to others on top of that. I finally tweet & ask for something to be done. They wont ban this guy. And this is beginning to become a major problem. Viewers of mine start dming gun, @ing them. Everything. Nothing is done. The guy remainds cheating & I remain harassed.

Speed up to todays current day. I start my stream log on to the game & find that Im banned. I immediately email them give them any and all information about myself and the ban. They say that eac has flagged me and they will investigate. Only to respond and say that it's inline with the eac guideline and the permanent ban will remain. Problem is I infact am not cheating and reshade is whitelisted and allowed by eac. So instead of getting rid of the hacker. They wanted to shut me up about what was going on. So they banned me.

Gun media does not care about their community nor do they care about your money. They will ban you and give you no reason regardless of how much money you've spent on the game. Now not only am I out of money I've spent on this game. But I now have a wrongful ban on my account. It matters nothing to them of how this has affected me. They care only for themselves.

Moving on for anyone who continues to play this or any game by GUN MEDIA. Id be weary that at any moment for no reason they can ban you without any justifiable reason. GUN MEDIA is not a gaming developing studio you can trust with your money or your time. They were made aware of harassment taking place on and off their game and did nothing to fix it.

As I type this the cheater is currently playing the game still using my name and also has an over 3500+ discord where he is teaching others how to cheat in this game among others.

Hard lesson learned here is that when you buy something when it comes to gun media. It's not really yours. So be careful how you choose to spend your money and your time. Because they dont care about you.
