Concerning the name: Reich as a term is not reserved for the Waffen SS Div. "Das Reich". In fact - and that is for the THOUGHTPOLICE in the BRD and the Deutsche who ♥♥♥♥ temselves OR want to be "more Pope than the Pope himself": it stems from a common Indoeuropean word meaning a political entity e.g. Radj in India.

HOWEVER, I would have no problem with SS-Reich as well. Why? If atrocities were committed by personnel of the Waffen SS, than the culprits themselves need to be punished...but NOT the entire service!!! To punish millions for the wrongdoing of some 100s or 1000s is absolute stupidity. No Sippenhaftung.
