If you don't expect another Souls game, then you shoul give it a go. I don't remember the last time, when I was amazed by game this much....

Although Automatron and Far Harbor are pretty good (didn't finished Nuka-World yet) it's in no way worth 50€. All the more so, when half of the seasson pass contet is workshop stuff - which you can add, and far more, via mods.

As a guy, who didn't played the previous version, I'm giving thumbs up. Evolve Stage 2 is definitely worth the try. Everything is free (well, you unlock new stuff with in-game currency, but there are no microtransaction in Stage 2), new rotation of hunters and monster every week.
But be warned if you don't have fellow hunters to play with. This is very cooperatively oriented game. As your rank gets higher so does the rate of encountering "prefers try hard monster players". Where your squad gets wiped in 30 seconds even with stage 1 monster, if just one guy in your team doesn't do his job. Every role is essential.

I've talked 5 friends into this...they're all hating me now.
It started as fun. The biggest problem was disarrange player menu so far. Huge grind was obvios from very beggining (I didnt mind though), Even took 1st place in matches quite often though I'm not super good in FPS. But after reaching rank 3 it went all to s***.
Matchmaking kinda sux as you end up with infantry team vs tank team.

I'm willing to put more hours into this game and even change my recommendation. So far for short-term playing its not worth it.

Pleasantly addictive game with human mutated space ninjas.
1st time I tried Warframe was almost 2 years ago (I guess) - its was approximately 900mb big. Didn't played much that time, because it became quite repetative and visually boring pretty soon. I downloaded it again 3 weeks ago (almost 10GB!!) and I can't even describe the huge improvement. Audio, graphics, level desing/variety, ...everything.
While there are still some bugs, I didn't encounter one that would discouraged me from playing.
Fair business model which dont force you pay at all. What can be little annoying are frame/weapon slots. But either that can be obtained by earning platinium from marked. I got myself little more than 600 platinium (which is equal to cca 35 USD) by selling rare stuff to community.

If you don't mind grind I highly recommend this game.
7,5/10 (if you play alone), 9/10 (with friends) for free 2 play game.

One of the best game I've played in past couple of months.
While the story isn't very original it's still very entertaining.
Dying Light got the most satisfying combat I ever experienced in FPS game.

As much as it pains me - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME.

UPDATE - Almost 2 years since release (0.58) and it's more brokend than ever.

It's about half and year since the game was released and nothing essential changed. Any intresting mechanics (e.g. crafting, etc.), nothing...all that devs added is useless fishing and gardening. I wouldn't say it's completly useless if your backpack wasn't filled with 15 cans of beans all the time. The update progress is really slow and devs spend too much time polishing and retexturing items...while serious problems (zombies cliping through walls all the time, bugs, glitches) stays untouched.
My personal worst experience - after 0.46 the game crashes after every 10 minutes. With a little googling I found out, that there are tons of players with same problem....unfortunately there is no fix for it yet (and there was already 6 updates since then)
There is no meaning in this game at current state...you just get full gear (in 20 minutes if you are a little familiar with map) and end up shooting other players...pointless.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy this game untill it's completly finished. Try some old dayz mod for Arma 2, or epoch for Arma 3 - I found it much more enjoyable.

I'm willing to change my recommendation, but the game is broken right now.
