I never played the other M&B games, but they always intrigued me. This one is definitely pretty awesome.

I've seen some criticisms about various gameplay aspects, but it's still in early access and I'm optimistic that the finished product will be a very respectable game.

I also really hope they add in war elephants as some recent leaks have suggested they will.

10/10. Would destroy Capitalism again.

As far as I know, this is the only game on Steam where I have seen a naked midget.

I could be wrong, there might be some obscure dating sim that features nude midgetry, but I can attest that this one most certainly does!

I really like this game. I read a lot of complaints about difficulty and losing high level crew; but in my opinion that actually adds a lot of depth to the game. This is a cartoonish but sobering reminder of just how dangerous it was to be on one of these WW2 bomber crews and the high casualty rates they faced. Most missions you can take out the objective, but getting home in one piece is the tricky part.

Pick it up when it's on sale and you won't be disappointed. You and I both know you've squandered $5-$10 on worse.

I only wish this game had some kind of multiplayer, or bombing runs where you are part of a bomber squadron engaging dozens of enemy aircraft. Perhaps an idea for modders out there?

If you played Pirates of the Caribbean on XBox/PS2 back in the early 2000s, this game is strikingly reminiscent of the ship combat/overworld map sailing part of that game.

I kind of quit playing after I had taken over most of the ports and captured a fleet of First Rate class ships, but the 26 hours I have on record were all over the span of a week. That's as if I played the game as a part time job. In fact I was late for work one day because I stayed up all night smuggling booty and pillaging English merchant fleets.

Definitely worth playing, and it's free! Pirates love free ♥♥♥♥!

It harkens back to the bad old days of video games where you died early and often until you get down a pattern of how to play. I've never played a game that involved dismemberment and cannibalism that was this fun.
