There are many reasons I play games, but immersion is one of the key experiences I seek. Storytelling, design and technology are all things I'm passionate about, and gaming is a way to indulge in those. A well made game provides an almost infinite number of ways to lose myself in another world, to choose and interact with a life that goes beyond my own. Behind the scenes it's ones and zeros, but to me it's art.

Hey cowcrusher, I really enjoyed your review on Ritual of the Moon. It's refreshing to see well thought out opinions on games I'm interested in. I really love unusual, artsy and niche games. However, I have a hard time cutting through all the fans that love the games in a conceptual sense, and the unhappy reviewers who play for the mechanics. Hopefully I'll see more of your reviews in the future. :lunar2019grinningpig:
