This game is AMAZING. Huge step up from Vermintide 2. Graphics, gameplay, missions, sound... the devs have upped the ante to 11. Tons of fun, this will be my new favorite for a while.....

Pros:
-Some of the best graphics I've seen to date, even with ray tracing disabled
-Complex, atmospheric, lived-in levels
-Brilliant overall art style
-Smooth, intense gameplay
-Top notch sound design
-Great enemies that sometimes legit scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me
-Great dialogue and teammate chatter
-Impressive performance despite being in beta
-You can literally see maggots and cracked skulls FLYING off enemies as you dome them, and Ogryn's shotgun turns heretics into blood fountains.

Cons:
-Intro was too long, but now the story does feel more personal than it did before
-Still the ridiculous hub design where you have to run half a kilometer to the map before you can start a mission
-Levels can be a bit confusing to navigate at times
-Some UI is not all that intuitive
-Stamina sometimes feels a bit lower than I would like
-Dumb as ♥♥♥♥ teammates who hoard all the ammo and heals (or go way ahead and get killed)
-No ADS toggle
-Lots of server errors
-One too many clicks to do simple tasks in the menus
-Some settings didn't persist after re-launch (looking at you, godawful ctrl crouch)
-Expected day-one bugs. One teammate got trapped in a pit. Lost all my exp when the game crashed at the end of another level. Etc. I have faith the devs will make it right in time..

Space Marine 2 isn't just good, it is phenomenal. It is one of the best action games ever made. I cannot recommend it enough. If you missed old-school games where you just played the game, it's for you. There are no absurd skill trees, open worlds, or other BS, just pure game. I missed that.

If you don't know about Warhammer, don't worry. You don't need to know anything about it. But I would recommend watching a short recap of the first game because it's direct sequel.
the negative reviews are absolutely retarded. Epic services is for crossplay, restart your pc if you're crashing (common sense), an fov slider isnt a requirement and its not worth refunding your game for, but it would be nice to have. AND TAA IS NOT FORCED. USE NATIVE AND IT DOESNT CHANGE ANYTHING.
the only fair complaint is no ultrawide support, but again thats not really game ruining but can definitely be a disappointment.

Mixed on release because people are valve shills who hate epic, or they're too stupid to read or reset their pc.
I'm looking forward to checking out Eternal War (the PvP mode) now that the game has launched to the general public. All in all it's just a fun game you should get together with the boys and play (or just ride a bunch of cool elevators together, there are a lot in this game).

Note: The 21:9 support wasn't in when I tried it yet, so hoping that comes in the Day 1 patch, as well as a fov slider. I know you want us to feel like big hulking dudes right in the mix, but letting us pull out JUST a little bit might be good so I can see more of the big beautiful world of Warhammer.
Currently waiting on PVP. I'll come back with an update... but for now, great game, I didn't run into any major issues, all of the classes are fun (and will be funner when a few small bugs are fixed). Emailed the devs and they mentioned a few of the bugs that I had submitted have already been addressed. I'll report back with my findings.

EDIT: I have a lot of hours played, and I wanted to clarify that it's a lot of grinding. You don't have to do it, obvious, but if you want to get everything, it's a long fun road. If not, campaign + operations 1x each is probably about 10 hours give or take.

EDIT: For people asking how I got so many hours. I was in the preview and then review builds, which have been up for almost a month, give or take. I helped some people capture footage for their youtube videos.
