Honestly it's not ready even for early access, it just a UI re skin of Democracy 3 and after you add most of the good mods from D3 it's a better and more complete game.
Immigration is pointless.
Donsn't increase population which should lead to higher tax, so is an extra cost to stop it with no benefit or any real negative.

Law and order and transport are the only two fields that are working to are certain extent

Revenue and GDP are capped but still can be affected by economy swings
United Kingdom it is impossible to continue state support especially at higher difficulty, which pre covid was getting closed to a balanced budget.
Unemployment caps out near end game as well.
Income tax and flat tax have no real difference, from a visual point of view, need to be able to set individual levels.
Income for tourism needs to be included, if it's increasing where is the money going?
Internet speed needs tweaking.
Rare earth mineral needs complete rethink.

OBESITY is here to stay.....?.? need more option to tackle that
Limited options to none to support private sector education or healthcare.
Policy flip flop is stupidly implemented cause my trustworthiness to go down every time I increase a budget
PR Stunts can only be done once per game.
Not enough benefits from space exploration.
Not enough benefits / sloppy implementation of State owned companies. In the united kingdom state owned rail runs side by side and also profitable. Also why can't you make money from state rail while investing even if it's over time.

Needs more futurist policies that goes with space travel, hybrid or electric planes.
Nature reserve should balance game hunting.
