Hellblade is an emotional experience any player must witness, a true work of art and not an industrial product.

Combining having mental illness in a playable form and putting it in the original setting of Norse and Celtic mythology was a very good and refreshing idea which showed me how much farther than movies games can go to make players feel the story.

It's well written, sports beautiful, changing and deranging art at the same time, and has superb lighting
I wanted to cry towards the end, but could only shed one tear. This game deserved more but that was all my robotic self had to give.

I have been moved that much by only one other game before and that was Transistor, where we find things like an heroine, a changing reality, love and grief. Go play it too if you haven't already!
