Actually it does, because it's just the same quests again and again each NG+, with only a few rare worlds with different members of Constellation that you might get here and there. So thanks for the straight up lie Bethesda, ya love to see it.
"Most quests will also vary on your character’s skills and decisions, massively changing the outcome of your playthrough. Try creating different characters with backgrounds and characteristics that clash or are oppositive of your previous character. You will feel like you are playing a totally different game."
It is possible to lie even more ? The only Bethesda game that support that description is Fallout : New Vegas who was only EDITED by Bethesda and was sabotaged by Todd howards constantly because he is the cliché definition of a childish looser.
They are a scummy rip off company producing pure sh*t for a premium price and modders have to fix their god awful final boring af product (I have thousands of hours clocked up in Fallout 4, but I had to spend weeks creating a 300+ mod stable build to be able to play some semblance of an interesting and difficult game) Thank god for modders, the great unsung heroes
Bethesda and EA, if you buy anything from them, ANYTHING, it's self inflicted misery.
Starve those fuckers out
