I'll confess with you too, I'm 20 and my parents still make me do chores while i'm gaming, with no concept on pausing a game either. What I tell myself is this: Is gaming more important or your real life and parents? This allows me to make the right choice every time. Who cares if you die, your team loses? It's a game. I understand that gaming/comp is important but you'll look back one day and see if you made the right choices through your relationships with your parents. Answering your question, I would just tell your parents that you are playing a competitive game, like a real life sport, where it cannot be paused. Give them a time-frame, 1 hours or 2 hours on the computer before getting off immediately, maybe they'll understand, just like my parents did.

Good luck.

Good player, if only it wasn't for his toxic and childish behavior he might get somewhere. With him currently actively looking for fights and people to ♥♥♥♥♥alk I expect him to get wel known as toxic within the community soon enough. Don't make me wait too long until I can forum ban you, otherwise I would be dissapointed.
