Being honest about this game, its addictive and the highs of the game are un-beatable however its just getting worse, the care of the developers is non-existent and the state of the game is getting worse. Realistically, valve should do what they refuse to do and just make a new one.

Now I know trust factor is a big part of this game however mine is and has always been green so when I play a game with the top person on the opposing team running headshots and admitting to rage hacking as he proceeds to spin 180 degrees and headshot our whole team in a second and is comfortable enough to brag about it openly you know the devs have failed their community. The worst part and comical part of it was we won. Simply because some random degenerate on our team switched on a spin bot, and this happens in so so many matches now.

Reported them both but really we all know they won't have anything happen to them because they'll make a new account and do it again.
