Yeah. I'm already using GetViewModelPosition to position the key model {LINK REMOVED} so it wouldn't be too hard to add something new to that. I'll have to look around for a bare hands model though, if one doesn't already exist within the game.

might be easier to find or use a view model with just a hand and using a Matrix move a fake model into the hands, can use GetViewModelPosition for basic movement animations

Excluding today, I haven't updated my Car Keys addon in AGES and I've been sitting on a bunch of updates that need doing and a pull request on the GitHub. I might use the rest of today to rewrite and polish up all the addons. I'll be able to do most of the coding part but a lot of players want a hands model on the SWEP, sadly I have no clue how to do this and i'm not that great at modelling for source.

well it was the only *decent* solution I could think of at the time, aside from maybe a variable lock. I thought IsFirstTimePredicted() was meant to solve this but in practice when I used it, there was no change. I probably just implemented it wrong though :/
