Very well polished game. Runs fine on a 10-year old computer.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the vehicles feel and handle, despite being made out of blocks.

The buildings are very detailed. It is fun to just walk around and explore every nook and find secret spaces under the stairs or somewhere else.

This game can be very relaxing, however it can also induce some serious anxiety or even rage when trying to do everything perfectly.

You would probably like this game if you enjoy farming or trucking simulators, like backtracking through levels in Doom, aren't afraid to scoop up intestines into a bucket and won't be mad after accidentally spilling said bucket onto clean stairs.

Very good overall. The game requires creative thinking and may be very confusing for some people. It gets quite trippy towards the end. Has a similar vibe as Antichamber, with impossible spaces and optical trickery, but not as polished.

The atmosphere feels like the game "Portal". Most of the puzzles are chill. Not too repetitive.

The game can be played in many different ways. Overall it's about making the factories bigger and more efficient, while also keeping the enemies away.

Building a factory is like solving basic math while connecting puzzle pieces together. Then, adding circuit logic on top of it is like programming, but without writing any words. The game can also be played without using circuit networks - there is still a lot you can do.

This is one of the most polished games ever. And the devs are still finding ways to make improvements years after release and without breaking the game.

Early Access Review
Holy crap what an amazing game. The Xen chapter has been expanded so much that it alone now compares in scope to Half-Life 2. The visuals are amazing. There is lots of platforming and puzzle solving, besides all the shooting.

Every detail seems very well thought through.

Feels a bit less polished than the original Portal, but is just as fun.

Very well polished version of the original. It's not just the graphics that got updated, but the gameplay got improved as well:
* The UI shows names of NPCs and names are even shown on the map, which helps tremendously. In the old game I would wander about a lot talking to every NPC on site because I would forget which was which (they all look similar and they move around).
* Camera zooms in when indoors.
* The character no longer runs like he has polio. Proper sprinting this time.
* Characters can climb up most of the slopes in Shamazar.
* Controls have been simplified. Some may view it as a negative though.
* etc.

Issues:
* The quest log is a bit harder to navigate than in the original (instead of side-to-side scrolling i'd prefer a navigation menu like before).
* So far (after playing for 10+ hours) I encountered a single scripting error, when a cutscene in Motazaar triggered too early. It was supposed to be delayed for a minute or so. Nothing broke though, so it was just a bit funny in the end.
* The game doesn't work on Windows N editions. Seems to be the same issue as with GTA V.

A very well polished mod. Feels like a proper prequel. The levels felt fairly difficult throughout the game (which is good), and I think only a couple of bits required fast pace. In comparison, the original levels of Portal 2 seemed bigger, which is nice, but I thought they were way too easy for me.

It's kind of like Antichamber, but with narration and no puzzles - it's still just as mind-bending.
