I decided to change my review. The game itself, despite the bugs, is fun. A LOT of fun. It's everything I wanted it to be. In my haste to bash the game due to bugs, I realized that I'd forgotten that this is a EARLY ACCESS game. There are going to be issues, and the devs will fix them as they are reported. In the meantime, I'm just going to try and enjoy playing the game as is. :)

Just remember to be patient. The game is early access. If you want a unbugged, polished game, wait to buy it when it's fully published.

It's not awful, but paying 10$ for what is essentially a idle game just isn't something I want to do. I played for a few minutes and ended up getting a refund. If you want a cutesy farm sim, I suggest Farm Together.

Edit from previous review: After running in to two tribes using bots/exploits/hacking on a unofficial server, I was pretty disgruntled. Our tribe essentially crumbled after we failed to take down a smaller tribe that had managed in four days what took other tribes months and months to accomplish. One of our players has dropped from the game completely. The rest of us are feeling much calmer and happier after switching to a private server; this way, if we catch someone cheating, WE can boot them, instead of crying to the devs and watching nothing happen (sorry guys!).

Other than the hacking incident, I'm in love with this game. It's amazing. It's beautiful. I still have very, very high hopes for it and want to see it excell, which is why I've changed my review. There isn't really an aspect of this game that I don't enjoy. Just please, devs, do something about the hacking. Reading that you "don't care" about aimbot, etc, thinking that your VAC will take care of it (it hasn't in the past) is just cruel. I know the game is alpha, but you're going to lose your fanbase if you keep that frame of mind <3
