Pros:
-Trading!

Cons:
(Much better now) -Bots/hackers running wild(unplayable casual/ranked)
(1 contractor pumping out updates now) -Lack of people on the developer team
-Flooding 3 times a year with new unusual hats/taunts/weapon skins
-No Ref sink to help the price of refined metal(Like the bread update)

Basically Valve... Stop milking your loyal player base and start making investments for the future of your customers and the games you make. Overall quality game ;)
