Back in pre-season/early seasons a number of pros absolutely used to use settings close to what mine are. Even looking at the Team Liquid camera page indicates that most notable players are over 250 distance, with height being around 110 as you noted. The largest change I've introduced over time has actually been to Stiffness and Swivel Speed to suit my personal preference -- you'll notice that those two settings represent the largest deviations between notable players.
My distance is something of a statistical outlier, but I don't think it's unreasonable to say that my other settings are well within what notable players are using even now.
