Pretty good sci-fi puzzler in the vein of a more serious Portal or Observation - succinct and suffers from some pacing (randomly hard or easy puzzle rooms) but overall a very good and tight experience. Would recommend.

Pretty competent spiritual relative of the old-school tank control survival horror games blended with a lot of the new wave of survival horror: very old Resident Evil meets old Silent Hill at times meets Resident Evil 7. The story is pretty decent (though a couple beats feel kind of rushed and contrived), the gunplay is competent if not a bit repetitive in the latter chapters and the puzzles, while maybe too numerous, are for the most part pretty creative. Big complaint: there are some bits of the game where, seemingly to pad out length, (in a couple cases to artificially add tension) the level design pisses you around and makes you take overly circuitous routes around contrived obstacles. This could be fixed in the future by rewarding exploration with ways to re-open or clear new shortcuts. Overall, a pretty competent and fun indie horror with good puzzling and a decent story (though the ending is a bit abrupt and disappointing).

Never since I was a kid in the early 2000s installing a handfull of CDs I bought from Staples with allowance money have I felt quite like when I Black Mesa's titles scrolled over the screen and I got re-immersed into Half Life in a while new way. Xen is a masterpiece and a hundredfold improvement over the original chapters. Couldn't recommend enough, the 15 years was worth the wait.

Tight and succinct storyline with enough intrigue and mystery to keep you going through, but just short enough not to outstay it's welcome.

Great but occasionally buggy port - definitely an improvement over the past Halo ports, but Microsoft definitely should have given them another flight to put some more polish on. Overall a fun experience and brings back a (occasionally hiccuping) Reach experience that's been keeping me entertained.

By far among the best psychological horror games out on steam at the moment, on top of the fact that Bloober Team have done an outstanding job with the worldbuilding and the general cyberpunk, dystopian feel of the world.
