Game was really fun in S1, but S2 ruined it. I think I maybe crashed twice before S2, as soon as S2 rolls out, I crash every 2-3 games. Playing ranked and crashing results in a banned from ranked. First time was 15 minutes, second time was an hour. I talked with Support about the penalty and the crashes, no help, just a canned response to have me install Intel's overclocking software to "tweak" my CPU performance. Except, no other games crash and rarely did it crash during S1.

Most games have either your team dominating or being dominated, rarely you get a balanced game and those are a lot of fun.

If you can get past the crashing and the bad match making, the game is super fun. A good amount of the heroes feel good to play and their abilities are immersive.

*Update 6/6/25 - Thought I would give it another go, since there have been several updates. But game still crashes constantly. During initial load, during map load, after match completion. Working with support is like talking to a AI chatbot, it is just canned responses. Most of the responses don't even apply to the original issue or question.
