Not that old to be under healthcare but old enough to need to rest more than four hours.

I don't encourage the use of privative applications of every day use, especially healthcare ones. In example instead of using discord there's matrix, discourse, signal, Jitsi or XMPP and a large catalogue of options.

PAY ATTENTION

Some bands I listen to: old nocturnus, black sabbath, pantera, bohren and der club of gore, movie's scores such as from Vangelis', weather report, l'efant de la foret, perturbator, lorn, danger, savant, lacrimosa...

Favorite kernels: freeBSD, openBSD, Linux and Commodore 64.
