Overall, a great game, besides some minor annoyances I can live with, my only gripe is that it has taken me about 15 hours to figure out how most things work. I am new to the Hearts of Iron series, so a pretty steap learning curve, and it would have been longer if there were no "beginner" vids on Youtube :)

Still, would buy it again even if I knew I would struggle initially.

EDIT (1 January 2020): I must admit I have found "Man the Guns" DLC is a pain. I find the ship system now overly complicated and annoying. I welcome the ability to better upgrade one's ships, but overall I actually prefer the basic system that was previously there. Just fix the bugs and balance prior to the expansion. So I still recommend the game, but beware the Man the Guns DLC, you may want to avoid it.
