Great third person shooter. Solid gunplay, good performance, unique weapons, upgrades, and enemies. The world, bosses, enemies, loot, etc are generated once at random when you roll each new game, your second playthrough will be different, adding to the replayability.

Probably the best game of it's type to fullfill a niche market but it's pretty bland. Could use a few more vehicles, manual transmissions, cockpit view. Engine noise is quiet and very generic sounding. Can't brake properly on hills. Vehicles lunge weirdly, especially when transferring power from forward to reverse, even when doing so slowly with analog control. Too easy to flip vehicles, bug?

This game is really fun. It captures the world of toys very well, there's a lot humour put into all of the objects.

Very addicting with some deep crafting. But there are some crippling bugs that make you feel like it should have baked in the Early Access oven for a while longer..

It's Half-Life 2, Russia. But it's not a terrible thing. Good story and pace, read the notes you find laying around. I played on Normal difficulty and it felt like the game was holding my hand the entire time; ammo, E99, etc, were all over the place, highly visible and easy to find. Got it for 8 bucks, well worth that anyways..

It's exactly Euro Truck Simulator, but more familiar. Developers listen to the community and push out frequent updates..

It's not a huge overhaul in visuals, but it looks great and plays like the original with some general improvements. This is a remaster, not a remake; expect original game engine bugs to resurface.

So back when this was first released, it ended up being a big disappointment. Long story short, the only thing it had going for itself was the visuals; I received a refund from Steam. But now, the latest "re-release" with a ton of work done to it, I'm glad to have re-purchased Slain. The combat, audio, and visuals all compliment each other now. It's not an easy game though, be warned, or be slained

It's unfortunate how it launched, which earned them some poor ratings that are sticking around. But you are completely safe buying Slain now. They've redeemed themselves.

It has some lingering performance issues and bugs, but beyond the issues, the multiplayer is solid. You're going to need a much higher spec'd system than what is stated in the "minimum system requirements" (mostly RAM) because it still needs some fixing up. It's what you would expect from a Call of Duty, plus a bit more. The wall-running is very easy to pick up and learn and can be a huge tactical advantage.

It seems like it has potential, the atmosphere is great, but it's unplayable because of the janky character movements creating impossible targets. Some of the weapons sound like annoying bursts of cheap firecrackers.

You'll also be downloading what seems like an endless amount of patches, AFTER Steam downloads the majority of the game.
