okey mate im thx for ur comment this is so interesing i have almost everything high but only this problem i have it but i hope they fix that soon.

Hi, I unforunately didn't fix it, I more like got used to it.

On other hand, the flickering goes nearly completely away with time, it's like GPU heats up and then it processes everything better.

Same here. Even capping the framerate to 60 didn't help. Not only capes flicker, but also basic clothing and hair.

Game runs very smoothly for me, still this issue is ruining the experience.

i have this same issue you called clothing and hair ficker did u fix that?
