I don't know where to start praising this game.

Yes it has it's faults at times. People will always complain. do not listen to those, try it out for yourself since you can cheaply get it on game pass if you have that. Though the steam version has some benefits like exclusive Fullscreen and such I cant remember that though.

However back to the game. You will get into PVP, although now you have an opt in system arena system you can still and will still be attact. That is the nature of the game. But all player encounters are different. aspacially if you use voice in game and are a bit witty.

The gold and treasure you find on your adventures are not yours until you sold them. And its not about the gold, its about the glory. The epic fights! I remember my first victory as a solo slooper against a mighty galleon. The more you do the PVP the better you get at it.

You will have the occasional toxic people yes but best you ignore those. If a fight is unwinnable, just start a new game. you'll not loose much in the long run.

Play it with friends and have fun exploring.
Don't watch how to complete a quest or tall tale (story missions) just figure it out yourself.

The community is great and helpful. I have had plenty of encounters where I noticed the crew I fought was new (tell tale signs, anchor down sails down etc.) I will stop and help them on their way.

This world is your oyster and you can do with it what you want. there is no set way of playing.
Just the open sea.

I have 1.8k hours on steam and 1k hours on MS store (yes i bought the game twice)
I would play it every second of the day if I could.

This game rocks. Awsome for a quick break or a long rumble. Teamplay extensive!

Realy nice game. Like the combo of RTS and ego shooter. Also if you like this game you will also like Natural selection 2

This is just to epic! Can't wait for darksiders 3.

If you have friends you need l4d2 even if you don't like shooter
