Good game but I can't recommend it since it's not playable for most of us. Just terrible server management, probably the worst mmo-release yet.

So today, a week after F2P-launch, the servers still have 20k daily queues on Europe central which practically makes it impossible to logon and play after work. To be able to play, you have to login during the morning and keep the session alive via teamviewer or similar until you get home from work. Once you get in, the instance-servers are so clogged that it's impossible at times to enter instanced content, ergo the queue-management does not even do what it's supposed to.

The solution for this was to launch a Europe West region with new servers with the ambition that people would restart their progress over there. This did not help players already invested in the game. Maybe the queue numbers went down a little bit, to lets say 15k, but you still can't play unless you login during the morning and make sure you don't timeout during the day. Almost no one wants to throw their progress away.

1. There are NO reasonable incentives for existing players to migrate to new servers. I myself have ~100 hours invested already(albeit 40 of those is just idling via teamviewer to not end up in queue), and I will not throw that away. I'll keep to teamviewing my session alive until the game dies off.
2. Why aren't they offering server transfers to mitigate the load? They could charge 9,99 for it and people would do it.
3. If transfers are not possible, WHY don't they offer lvl 50 tokens for people who already have completed the story? "Hey guys, to help mitigate the queues, for every lvl 50 character you have on europe central, we offer you a lvl 50 token on europe west" < Imagine that?
