Be warned: This is one of those frustrating games and there is NO difficulty curve.

It may look like a twin stick shooter, but it is NOT. The starter character is only capable of attacking a small radius around him which makes combat pretty much impossible without lots of practice. It just throws you into the thick of things and doesn't even explain how to play. I spent as much time as I was willing to aimlessly pressing keys until I asked on the forums and found out that the only controls are moving.

It does a really bad job of teaching you how to play. I'm stuck in the second "tutorial" mission where you get only the briefest of descriptions of how to move around. It's obviously designed for someone who's been playing skating games their whole life and not for someone like me who bought (into the kickstarter years ago) because "ooh cute birds".

Maybe it's fun if you know skating games inside and out. It's definitely just frustrating for me.

Okay sidequel to Borderlands 2. A bit easier to play by yourself but by no means easy to. Don't get it on PC, get it on a console with splitscreen multiplayer.
