Oh, i used to have that habit to, i have 15k hours on gmod
I did that because due to my gmod taking awhile to load i just thought to leave it run, then i started learning how computers truly worked and that running things when you dont need them strains your cpu and gpu so yeah is stopped

I originally bought Garry's Mod back in mid-2010, if that helps explain it.

For those wondering how I have 11K+ hours on Garry's Mod, it is a combination of owning the game since I was a literal child combined with a lot of AFK hours due to previously having a bad habit of leaving my PC/games running overnight.
