I finally found the solution after going through all of the game settings one by one.
When you select [Disable Area-of-Effect Rings], the cakes become invisible. LOL

Cake Shot from Birthday Blaster used to create cake objects at the target location.
I can't see the cakes on the ground anymore.

Is it just me or the game textures are corrupted ?

Twitch allows you to claim an item before linking a game account, but you should normally receive all of the items as soon as you link the accounts.
I actually attempted it on several games and it worked just fine. I got the items - retroactively.

The issue here is that ArenaNet did something wrong, and the drops claimed on Twitch prior to linking accounts do not appear in the game after the link is established.

Digital Deluxe Upgrade is not available unless you have Standard Edition already unlocked on your account. ( Edit: and it contains bonus items only - not the actual expansion)

I am not sure about Heroic Edition codes. It;s been said that Steam accounts can only redeem codes for promotional items. Expansion keys won't work.

The game runs on Windows 7 perfectly. Their webserver's cipher suite is misconfigured, which is the source of the problem. This causes connectivity problems not only for Windows 7 users, but also for some Windows 10 and Windows 11 users.

Same error. I have already tried :
- repairing
- reinstalling easy anti-cheat
- disabling antivirus
- disabling firewall / creating new rules
- enabling port forwarding
- flushdns
- winsocket reset
- system reboots
- changing DNS
- changing ISP - IP /fiber/broadband cable/mobile

Nothing works.
My ping to EU Central at region selection screen is around 30 ms

It's Steam. GOG patches for this game are about 150 - 200 MB
