I was mostly interested in the Doctor killer in this DLC. He's definitely a success on the audiovisual side. The looks and the sounds are great. Unfortunately his electro power only helps him find survivors instead of helping chase them. Most experienced survivors aren't hampered by the madness effect at all so using the power is basically just useful for upping your score. On the killer usefulness tier list he's on the bottom together with Wraith. I expect he'll get buffed in some future patch but that could take half a year. His perks are situationally useful but not top tier.

On the plus side, the new survivor is well designed and has fun perks.
