I cannot recommend this as a single player experience. It's just too clumsy and clunky.

This is a classic turn-based strategy game, and especially worth playing with the expansions. There are some weird things going on with the multi-level maps and some areas being unreachable, but overall a good experience.

My wife and I bought this game to play together, and it is a fun puzzle game with some logic puzzles, some spatial puzzles, and some reflex-based puzzles; all of which require cooperation between the two players. There are currently only six missions in the game, but it only requires the purchase of one license, as the other player can use a Friend Pass.

Overall, I do recommend buying this game and supporting these devs.

This is a wonderful game for playing with the kids, they loved it and I loved it. It's a sort of play on the Pokemon Snap game style, being a non-violent rail shooter where the objective is to take good pictures of every animal in the park in each of their behaviors and collect related artifacts. There is plenty of replayability, given the different paths through each habitat, and the number of secrets to find.

This was a great game that my wife and I got to play together. Its a good option for a couples's game, for those who don't have a reliable internet connection, or those who want to play together but aren't very action game-oriented. Fun puzzles, neat story, good atmosphere.

Pros:
Huge maps.
Good unit variety, across four unique factions.
Projectiles and corpses use Newtonian physics.
Great RTS that requires actual strategic planning.

Cons:
Largest maps will bring your computer to its knees.
Terrain height not always obvious, might need to rotate map to figure out why your turrets can't hit incoming bombers.
Built-in AI insufficient for learning to play the game well, need to supplement with mods.
Slower pacing of game and clumsy units may be a turn-off to those who are used to playing games like StarCraft, which are more focused on tactical decisions in combat.

Good story, good puzzles, good pacing, and decent difficulty progression. Overall excellent game.

My one quibble with this game is it isn't always clear which weird things about the world are easter eggs and which are clues to help with completing that world.

Hack, Slash, Loo is top-down rogue-like game with simple controls, simple game mechanics, and little depth beyond getting high numbers and getting lucky.

The best strategies in the game include not being in melee ever, since little healing is available, and somehow getting shadeform to allow for passing through walls and easily finding all the loot and exits.
