Early Access Review
A fantastic all around experience. From the combat to the building, the game offers a diverse set of options to choose from. While it's currently listed as an Early Access title, it provides hours and hours of surprisingly polished gameplay.

You have various routes to take when it comes to both bosses and resource gathering, the game is pretty open to you skipping a boss to get something earlier. The fact that there are several ways to acquire different items to progress may be overwhelming at first, but once you get used to the flow of it you can gather these ingredients in key areas and get ahead of the curve if you're playing on PvP.

The combat is responsive and fun, with various abilities/spells to choose from as you keep drinking V Blood (the bosses of the game). It suits different play styles, with each ability tree being unique in what they do. Unholy, for example, is more of a support tree while Chaos focuses on damage and DoT. You can switch abilities on the fly without worrying about skill points or similar. Your level is tied to your gear.

While all I've done is play in PvE I was not bored for around 60~ hours, 10 of them in my own world and the rest in a dedicated server I hosted for my friends and I.
If you want to play by yourself or have a more relaxed PvE experience, the game offers various settings to make life easier for you, like loot drop multipliers, resources gathered multipliers and you can even adjust and tweak your own physical damage and spell damage, which is a very welcome addition to tailor the experience to your needs.

I've encountered three or so crashes, but other than those I haven't experienced any other game-breaking or obnoxious bugs.
I've also heard that the official servers are absolutely packed with castles and that it's near impossible to get a foothold in them, so be warned.

In short (for PvE at least), a great combat, building and immersive game with great customization options to create your own experience however you like without the constraints that games usually have in place.

You'll want to go with the private servers for multiplayer, since many of the admins are aware of common exploits (base blocking, etc.) and explicitly forbid them. The public servers seem too numerous for the devs to admin, if they even do so to begin with.

However, there are quite a few exploits as far as I've heard, although I've yet to experience them myself. Things like phasing through castle walls by jumping off your horse into them, using some sort of frog form to do the same, using the bat form to phase through walls.
