What an experience... One of the most immersive games I have ever played, if not the most. Definitely part of my special games list.

I think I like the first game a bit more, but that doesn't mean that this one is not a masterpiece. Highly recommended.

While there are some goods that others already mentioned, I want to explain why I give thumbs down.

The problem is, as a part of metroidvania formula you walk same roads more than once, and the map here is preeety big. That is where "Souls-Like" ♥♥♥♥♥ the game a lot. There is not enough fast travel options and it becomes way too annoying to walk same roads and kill same enemies again and again. There are 2 more tools that somewhat help with this a bit but they are both very end game tools that after you get them you pretty much finish the game, hell you can finish the game before you even know they exists.

Blasphemous was the sweet spot of this "souls-like metroidvania" formula imo, and this one is overkill. Enough to give thumbs down.

Great game, but it is a bit shorter than it should be imo. DLC's are not bad as well but I don't think they were as fun as main game.

No doubt it is an awesome game, but if you ask me co-op is how this game suppose to be played.

If you are not into slow games without any "gameplay", then stay the hell away from this one. It is probably one of the heaviest walking simulator you will ever see, and if you are not in the mood to enjoy something like this, don't bother.

Well... I am not as well, at least now. I played the first act, and while I can see there is something special here... I can't see myself following it to the end. So instead of forcing myself and hating the game, I will send it to the future. Hopefully I will have that peace of mind when I visit again in the future.

Setting is nice and overall it is the thing that make the game special. But otherwise... I can only say meh. Language is bit too heavy and vague to enjoy the story, and enemies are bit too annoying to enjoy the game. To be fair I am not a fan of souls like so you might enjoy more if you are, but for ppl like me I think this is a thumbs down :/

Overall a great game with its awesome story, open world and visuals. Combat may feel a little awkward but nothing that holds back the game, especially if we consider how many/different fighting styles there are.

Don't bother holding back your tears and just enjoy the game. I will miss Lee.

It uses Windows's voice recognition which is not good enough.
