I was banned in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive for phone sharing. When I first registered this account, I didn't have my own cell phone number, so I used my mother's cell phone. Long after I had created my account and applied my mother's cell phone number, my younger brother also tried to link my mom's cell phone number to his account, and he had a game ban on his profile already; therefore I was banned for phone sharing. I asked my younger brother about it and he claims that he hadn't cheated in the game, that he was falsely banned by bad Overwatch reviewers; but I don't know whether to believe him or not. I don't think I deserved the ban; but that's not really up to me to decide and I understand that. However, I do wish that Valve didn't allow for a phone number to be linked to more than one account, then my issue wouldn't persist. If I were ever able to have my ban removed, I'd be incredibly greatful, but I have high doubts that will happen.
