I became extremely excited the moment I saw this game released, but after learning there was no cross-play and no communication, I wasn't going to buy it. A friend convinced me to buy it between the two of us just to see the potential of the game. We ended up going to sleep when the sun came out on our first play-through. He went home and bought himself another copy, and since, we have been playing this game nonstop daily. Already beat a couple of bosses, but with the great replay-ability of the game it still has us hooked. I played the last Elden Ring a lot as well but after about 100 hours the game was done for me due to being single-player. Anyhow, don't judge it until you try it. It's an amazing game filled with unexpectedly refreshing content.
