Wow. What a game.

A perfect blend of survival horror gameplay, non linear and puzzling storytelling and deep emotional impact. It's not difficult for me to say I cried a lot at the ending of the game. I am so emotionally devastated at the utter hopelessness SIGNALIS presents toward the world it takes place in that it will not easily leave my mind anytime soon.

This game is art, make no mistake. What team Rose-Engine has accomplished here is a shining example of what game storytelling can really do. I don't want to spoil anything, so I won't talk about specifics in the game, but if you're looking for a masterwork in emotionally moving storytelling or a solid, well thought out survival horror experience, I implore you to try out SIGNALIS.

Do not under any circumstances look up the story online. Do not under any circumstances spoil the ending for yourself. Do not. DO NOT. The emotional impact of the story is much too great to spoil, so please. PLEASE give it a try.
