TL;DR - This is basically the mobile game minus the need to spend money to keep playing. Literally. There's almost zero difference between the two. If you really want to play it, wait for a sale.

I understand the need to make it accessible to younger kids and people who don't want to play a bowling simulator, but couldn't you have given it some more time? The mechanics are laughable. Point big arrow at little arrow. Turn big arrow a little. Shoot. That's the game. Once you are dialed in, and know what each ball needs, there's zero adjustment required, even during a three game series. No oil breakdown, nothing. It's extremely basic.

When you do miss, it's because the game decided to register that tiny little difference in the "swing" of the joystick and throws your ball into the gutter, or when you throw the ball at 17.2mph instead of 17.3mph. This usually happens when you have a 20 pin lead in the 8th, and is usually followed by your opponent striking out to force you to do it all over again.

The commentary from Rob and Randy is great, until you've played more than one game and realize they have like 4 or 5 voice lines a piece.

I am a bowler. So maybe this game isn't for me, and I can respect that. But when you literally just port your mobile game (with a few minor tweaks) and charge us $20 to play it, that seems extremely money-grabby.

Quality is laughable for a paid DLC.

Ignore the negative reviews. This is a great game for many reasons.

Most if not all of the negative reviews I've read have almost nothing to do with the game itself. They are all complaints about UPLAY and Ubisoft in general. Grow up.

This game is like one long form South Park episode, and you are the center of it. It's great. I would never play a turn-based combat Fantasy RPG if it wasn't for this game. Because it is, as I said, basically an episode of South Park.

10/10, would recommend.

Early Access Review
I reached the last tier on day 296 with just over $5,000,000 in the bank account (8 hours of game play). The gameplay itself, while very clicky, is addicting and kinda fun. Once you realize what components and modules sell more and you're able to get a workflow down, it's very easy to clear that $40,000 loan within a few (in-game) weeks, and once you have the workforce to support it.

I really do wish that there was more to the tiers and unlocks, but after seeing that this game only came out less than a week before writing this review, I just hope that development continues.

I played in windowed mode and still experienced the occasional hiccup in loading, specifically when jumping to the next day in the simulation. While mildly annoying, it wasn't that big of a deal.

If the plan is to continue development, and bring new content and gameplay features to the game, then it is worth the $9.99 asking price.

Wow. Just, wow.

First of all, I absolutely love The Walking Dead TV show, and never knew about the comic books before the show came out.

Second of all, this is not my kind of gameplay. I'm a first-person shooter and simulation nerd. And I only found out about this game because of the Steam sale.

The dialogue and story-line are infectious (no pun intended). I was hooked from the first episode, and intend to purchase the rest of the series.

There are times when it's confusing trying to figure out what to do next to solve the problem or continue the dialogue correctly, but I think that's just me getting used to the game (I'm on season one, episode three).

Hands down, the best $6.00 I've ever spent on a game.
