i think you'll find the contributor list is simply ordered by steam account age. i have a very old account so i'm usually at the top. Spellway in particular was created by pont, i just created a load of custom models and things for it. you can figure out who actually submitted a workshop item by looking at the breadcrumb links above the title on the workshop item pages.
