007 first light is a really good linear action adventure game. It takes the uncharted formula and applies it to 007 with some hitman lite gameplay. I enjoyed that the game's stealth is a lot more forgiving as you can bluff your way out of being detected and the spy gadgets are a lot of fun to use. The melee combat is the most fun part of the game, it's feels like the Sleeping dogs combat(if you've played it) but turned up to 11 with it's reactivity to the environment. Gunplaywise it does its job but being able to chain the gadgets and gunplay does make for some interesting gameplay. Storywise it's a tad predictable but still enjoyable, I had never watched a James Bond movie before this but the story is completely original and is not connected to the film. I did hope for more sandboxy levels as Hitman was really good with those but this game is more guided and setpiece focused. For full price the game is a bit short as it clocks it with 16 hours of story, but there's also some post game content in the tacsim.

Overall I really enjoyed 007 first light as it scratched the Uncharted fan within me and I hope it gets a sequel sometime in the future.

Battlefront 2 is a must play game for any fan of shooters or Star Wars. The gunplay feels fluid and smooth, with you being able to switch between third or first person camera angles. Lightsaber combat is fun but I personally haven't gotten the hang of it yet. The game is still quite active in some modes like supremecy but others are a bit more neglected. It's a shame that DICE abandoned this game to work on Battlefield and there isn't a Battlefront 3. If you want more content KYBER is a good source of it. It's run by fans and has a server browser along with new heroes being added to the game.

Metro 2033 is a really atmospheric game. It's set in a post apocalyptic world where the nukes fell but humans have retreated into the metros. I enjoyed how the atmosphere of the game was presented with the grimy metro living conditions to the snowy and bleak surface world. Gameplay wise it's a decent first person shooter and there are some immersive mechanics. You will need to periodically charge your battery and change the filters on your gas mask. Weapon wise I felt at there wasn't too much but what is there is pretty good. I do dislike that the protagonist of the game Artyom was silent in gameplay cutscenes which is weird since he narrates the intros for each level.

Overall I really enjoyed metro and it's more bleak post apocalypse setting. The gameplay was decent and the atmosphere was great. I can't wait to get into the next game in the series.

Black Flag is really a one of a kind game in the AAA market. It fulfills the pirate fantasy that no other game emulates. The story is one of piracy and also connects to the larger Assassin's Creed mythos. I enjoyed both the modern day and the past storylines. Edward's story is very well written and acted while I enjoyed seeing the aftermath of AC3's modern day ending. Gameplay wise the game focuses on innovating the naval combat while keeping the other elements mostly the same from previous games. Overall Black Flag is a good Assassin's Creed game while simultaneously having a pirate fantasy being fulfilled.

Expedition 33 is a great game but not the best as people stated it to be. The story is phenomenal and each of the actors do a great job playing their characters. Combat wise I couldn't click with it until later in the game where it's expanded upon (can't say too much due to story spoilers). The game uses turn based combat with some input from the player to dodge or parry attacks. This differs from traditional turn based combat as you would need to be more engaged with the system. Overall I would recommend this to everyone due to it's really good story but the combat might not be everybody's cup of tea.

Resident Evil Requiem is a good game but there are some shortcomings. The game is separated into two parts with Grace being the survival horror and Leon being the action gameplay. Grace's gameplay sections feel the most scary and like Resident Evil 2(I haven't played 7 or 8 yet), while Leon's sections are more like Resident Evil 4 on steroids. Grace has limited resources and has to play pretty strategically while Leon is the monster in his sections. Gunplay feels pretty nice for both characters and you can choose to play each character in third or first person.

Storywise it feels a bit predictable at time. The story has lots of moments where it relies on nostalgia and callbacks from other older games in the franchise. I also felt that the game could go for a bit longer to flesh the story out as some parts of the pacing felt rushed especially at the end. Although there might be dlc down the line to flesh things out.

Overall I really enjoyed Requiem. The gameplay is still great and the horror was done pretty well. I just wished that we had a bit more of a longer game.

Edit: Updated review to include my pc specs

Resident Evil 4 remake is a excellent evolution of the remake games. The gunplay feels better and you get more weapons to choose from. The story is also longer and way more action packed then Re2 Remake. The new shop system is engaging and gives a good sense of progression. Overall I think that Re4 Remake is better than the previous remakes as it expands on the ideas that were introduced there. I would heavily recommend this game as it was really fun to play through and was fairly cheap when on sale.

Sims 4 is alright when you use mods because the base game is a bit of a bore. Even if you don't get any dlcs the sims mods will tend to hold you over. I can't really compare my own experiences with these life sims since the Sims 4 is my first life sim that I've ever played. But from what I've seen of the older Sims games this game is a downgrade compared to the rest. But in terms of gameplay Sims 4 has a pretty good build mode, while the live mode is a bit lackluster.

Basically the Sims 4 base game is pretty bad if you want to have a life sim unless you use some mods to spruce up the gameplay. The Build mode is pretty good though.

Resident Evil 3 is much more of a action game than 2. I think that my experience in Resident Evil 2 made this game less scary. The gunplay is still the same as RE2 without much of a difference. The one new thing that they added was the ability to dodge roll and perfect dodge. This made enemies easier to avoid compared to the previous game. Overall the campaign is pretty short and I finished the game in 5 hours or so. RE3 is still a great game and I would recommend it to anybody who is a fan of the RE2 Remake.
