Great expansion of the puzzle mechanics from the first game. Particularly liked the moving platforms and the inverter/splitter. Wish that world 8 introduced a final new mechanic and also wish that the final area was a bit less of a hassle to actually complete.

The story is much more complex and I'm not sure if I or II was better for it. But the first couple hours being able to talk to everyone in New Jerusalem was sick after having to read everything last time. Yakut and Melville were great characters.

Started with cubes on buttons and ended with discovering the meaning of life.

This rules. The movement and combat are very satisfying and there are lots of unlockables to make doing run after run worth it.
