I don't check the comments for my workshop addons regularly, but I updated the description to credit you. It was an honest mistake mostly stemming from the fact that I forgot who uploaded it. I would like to say, though, that it was the best Changed map I've seen, and I'm sad to hear that it won't be coming back (I just wish Steam wouldn't have deleted it off of my computer...)
