cons

- MACE BIG BONK PLAY STYLE SUCKS
- no swords
- no axes
- no duelist
- no marauder
- EXTREMELY slow paced (its an ACTION, role playing game)
- no crafting bench. Path of exile 1's crafting system is the best crafting system in any ARPG, hell id put it up against any games crafting system, its brilliant, its genius and to replace it with just ground loot is insane. instead of picking up 19 orbs of alterations to REFORGE the item ive now gotta pick up 19 of those bases.

- wheres the mobility
- loot was extremely sparse, dunno if its better.

- previous patch jewels were in a great spot and most builds were running as many jewels as they could feasibly fit into their character, next patch instead of realising the passive tree across the board is hot ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK ITS WANK) and buffing that, they instead nerfed jewels.

- there is gameplay loop bloat for the sake of it. for example, i could just throw a gas grenade and kill you all, if i throw a gas grenade then a fire grenade you die faster, i could just spam spark and shock you and you'll die, eventually, but if I press spark, orb of storms, mana tempest & flame wall ur gonna die faster, doing that from pack of mobs to the next pack of mobs gets tedious FAST. 1 button builds were a thing for a reason, they were FUN, im not saying we cant have complex spell sequencing but that shouldn't be the baseline for every build.

- The endgame as of patch 0.2 is a walking simulator the maps are massive, paired with the convoluted game play its an absolute chore just to finish the map 3/10.

- bosses are cool




It probably will get better, but until then. Steer clear
