IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Try collecting friends
If you cant, do the following:
1. Host you own lobby
2. Skeld is a good beginner map but worst of the 3
3. SHIELDS IS A VISUAL TASK
4. Play a few games
5. make friends
6. Use recommended settings

The reason I am saying this is:
-Randoms have low IQ
-People leave matches early
-People do not do tasks
-People tell to their friends when they die who the impo is (not that commons, but still annyoing)
Worst part is that they usually are the host.
-Many people buy this game and quickly drop it.

Also, do NOT play on EU servers. They are trash, crash a lot, have tons of cheaters. You can switch servers easily and quickly.

REVIEW:
The game is great.

Gameplay: 18/20
Not much alse to say. Is simple but can get complex, especially discusions

Easiness of getting into it:
Many people overestimate it. I recommend watching a guide.

Teachnical things, quality of life, bonus things and anti cheat.
5/10
Yeahh... You rememember what I said about the EU servers...
There is also no anti-cheat.
Yes people cheat in a game like this...
Another reason to avoid EU servers.

Music: 7/10
Only 1 track in the game, the menu music. And it's good I quess. But for many it is the ''YOU ARE KICKED'' theme.

Sound design: 10/10
Easily. Impressive as hell and very fitting.

Graphics: 7/10
Do their job. Any machince can tun this.

Devs: 7/10
They are trying to add new features but are ignoring cheaters and leavers (they worked and STILL work on the servers though :) ).

Atmosphere: 8/10

Random quality (random game nad match join)
2/10
As I said, you can do the above or joina server with good settings, but if you pick a random lobby and stay, likely to be cancer, especially in the Skelds. STOP 1.75 SPEED THIS ISN'T SONIC!

Summary: Amazing.
Average points: 64/80
Average points (if fixes are done) (aproximate) 74/80

GAMEPLAY
It is a basic murder mystery. One of your fellow crewmates had been replaced (and probably was killed) with a/many parasitic allien creature/es.
You must find who those allien ''impostors'' are.
Among Us is split in 2 sections

Gameplay section:
Crewmate:
All players spawn at an area. There are tasks (mini-games) you have to do around the map.
And, you must do them. While it is simple, there are multiple of strats as to how to complete tasks the fastest and you must learn the map.
There are also security measures like door logs, camera at certaain corridors, devices that say when someone dies and who but now where and by who, devices that show how many people are in each room but not who they are. All these are map dependent and are found at certain locations. SOme tasks also have a visual animation to prove someone IS a crewmate.
Impostor:
The impostor must blend in. He can't do tasks, but he can fake them. How? You may expect to exist some kind of ''fake'' button or something but nope. You just stand in front of an object that would have a task. You are also given a Fake tasks list which doesnt show any sign of completion. This alone makes things 10 time more complex than you may think coz:
a) Crewmates will look if the task bar will raise. There are long tasks and multi-part tasks to prevent being caught like this.
b) Some crewmates will pay attention to what tasks you do. If you ''do'' a task in front of an object that doesn't even have a task (ex: Reactor: Accept DIverted Power panel), do more tasks than the host said, do more tasks of a type that the host set (long, short, common) and if you do a common task that no one else has.
c) It wastes time but can allow you to gain trust.

Also, impostors can use vents/holes to travel around the map. These should only be used if necessaru because:
a) It gets you caught easily
b) The animation can be seen through walls (bug?)

The impostor, instead of going to set locations to do tasks roam around looking for oppotunites which changes the behavior a lot.
Also, you cann sabotage parts of hte map. Lights is self explanatory, communications takes a long time to fix and disables security measures, task locations and the task bar, O2 is a sabotage that must be fixed in a limited time and splits crewmates up, while Reactor is to drive all crewmates to one location. You can also saboatge doors.
There are multiple srats you can use and ways you can frame people.

Discussions:
Discussions are called when someone reports a body or calls an emergency meeting.
The reporter/caller had a megaphone next to them in the voting screen (just so u know, doesnt do anything).
Then, you discuss everything you know and tell others who u think the impo is (which is hypocritical if you are impostor). At the end, everyone gets to vote (the option to skip vote is given too to not eject an innocent fellow crewmate).
These are the bread nad butter of the game.

WINNING CONDITIONS
Crewmate:
Eject all impostors
or
Complete all tasks
Impostor:
Have an equal amount of crewmates as impostors (ex. 2 people left, 1 impo 1 crewmate, 2 impos 2 crewmates)
or
Win because oxygen ran out or reactor meltdown happened (O2 and reactor not fixed in time).

(Ok, so it's time I edit my review for the third time lol)
The game is getting better, I recommend it.
However if you really want the satisfaction of winning, then this game may not be for you.
