1. Bot reply after sell some keys : "We already submitted your payment to Coinbase. Unfortunately, Coinbase didn't send us a transaction hash back because your payment is on pending. Don't worry you will get your money soon when coinbase finish processing it." But you not yet see your payment on your wallet.

Answer :
First don't panic everything is okay! , This one is mean we already submitted your payment to coinbase as our bitcoin wallet provider, but your transaction is still on their queue process. Usually on normal status it takes no more than 1 hour. But If coinbase is on BTC Delay situation then it can takes 6 Hours or more.

So sorry unfortunately there's nothing we can do for this problem except "WAITING" until coinbase process it. So don't panic we guarantee your payment will come soon once they done process it.

Notes :
Dusky Bot always submit your payment to coinbase right after your trade is being accepted.

2. Can i buy keys from Dusky Bot with coinbase email feature?

Answer :

3. Bot reply after you send an offer : "Cannot read property 'id' of undefined"

Answer :
That means currently at that time Coinbase is Undermaintence. You can try sending your offer again after 1 hour.
