Started out with potential, but the game lacks logic and was poorly tested. Also, the controls are poorly described

As for the story, it had something, but lacks transition to truly create connections to the player. After that, it was simply reading things with no attempts to create any emotion.

Due to the game being in early access, there are expected bugs here and there that need to be ironed out, so any opinions based on that will be set aside until the game makes it to its official release.

Characters: The hack 'n' slash approach makes the game rather unbalanced due to the fact that the original character does not start with any benefits and it feels as if eventually all characters are essentially the same the further into the game you get. Needs more variety.

Levels: The overall size of each level is rather small and there's only a few areas until you reach the end of the story (for now). There needs to either be larger levels, or a lot more levels. There are more than enough bosses to create more levels if needed.

Overall: Game definitely has potential and is fun the more you play; however, that's only a good start. Hoping to see a lot more content for this game prior to its official release.

This game is quite the tragedy. Apparently you die if your flashlight dies. And apparently your flashlight can drain newly packaged pack of duracell batteries in like 30 seconds. Then apparently you're in a forest that happens to have newly packaged 4packs of AA batteries. Does this flashlight even use AA?

Collision on the game was quite bad, kept running into trees being wider than they are. Then the last zone of the game isn't even part of the map. Maybe my map needs lighting.

Most of the feud with this game is that it's a free to play that is apparently "Pay to Win". Many free games are pay2win; however, that doesn't really matter as much as this game is not multiplayer in any way, so you will not be outmatched if you play freely. Paying will definitely make the game much quicker than it should, but you do not need to pay to make progress in the game and it really does not have a grind element. If you fail a level too many times, it begins giving you consolidation coins which equals the amount you earned through the failure.

Now onto the actual game, overall is a nice match-3 type game with combat and some RPG elements and works out nicely. However, there are two issues I didn't quite like regarding the game. The first is the board generation. It's completely up to luck whether or not you can beat a level though you generally get the good side. Example being one of the levels I played that had a timer instead of a move count, I moved once and it spent the next 30 seconds reshuffling the board because it shuffled a board with no moves thus killing the entire time while I only summoned a measly archer.
The second thing I noticed is you don't get anything for 7-match. Was tragic. Less of an issue, but I did spend a while setting that 7-match up.

A mindless game of exploration with tons of easter eggs. It's fun for being mindless and letting you toy with all the powers that are included in the game (mutations). Only dislike is that maps are a tad bit smaller than I'd prefer them to be limiting the exploration. But hey, you're a goat. Runs well.
