Early Access Review
A game with a load of potential, but is heavily outclassed.

Let me get one thing straight here. If you can pay for a beta game, it's not a beta game anymore. Its just a broken game. Do you also pay for a house that's not completely built yet?

Given that, the game has some good storydetail to it and a nice atmosphere. The characters are well-made and the balancing is pretty spot-on. When you DO get into a game that is, because for every game you join, you get booted out during map-loading, which puts you back to square one. This happened to me on numerous occasions and the support desk isnt really helping (restart everything that blinks).

When you DO get in, you'll find it's not an easy game to master. Especially not for humans, who use ranged weapons and using ranged weapons while half the screen is taken over by your character model isnt really handy. It works for the vampires, just not for the humans.

The tactical possibilites for the game are awesome. There are enough nooks and crannys to set up a perimeter defense and work your way through there. For the vampires, its not much different.

All in all, if the developers manage to fix the broken stuff and maybe put in some more gamemodes, it would be worth it to pay for a bit of extras. For now, i'm gonna stick with Warface, since that game is more advanced in game style than this and it offers multiple play modes.
