The Inquisitor
The Inquisitor is a unique and enjoyable adventure with a very cool concept, that also comes with some amazingly cheesy moments and B movie type quality. Those moments help the game stand out among many others and have a certain charm to them.

Pros:
✅ A unique and fun story concept
✅ Cheesy voice acting and dialogue that fit the game
✅ A rich city to explore with different collectibles

Cons:
⛔️ The combat segments are wonky
⛔️ At certain parts, the art style can feel lifeless and dry
⛔️ Minor stuttering and some graphics issues
⛔️ Some pointless quick time events

Story
Mainly focusing on themes of religion, the game is set in an alternate reality where Jesus broke free from the cross and hunted down the ones who wronged him. Now, centuries later, you play as a member of his church tasked with hunting a vampire in the city of Koenigstein. With excellent story concepts but some diversions along the way, it feels like the game isn't sure what it is, sometimes feeling like a smaller detective story, and at times trying to evolve into a dark fantasy epic.

Graphics & Sound
A major element in the game that many players might find unappealing but I actually believe makes it stand out, is some of the cheesy dialogue, the older graphics style and some of the voice-acting. Being more of an AA game than a triple-A one, it kind of makes sense, but with the medieval style the game goes for, the crazy concept and some of the wacky plotlines and characters, I feel it all gives the game a truly B movie type feel, like some kind of low-budget fantasy film you'd find playing in the middle of the night on your old television. A major thing that is pretty jarring however, is some of the environment differences. At parts, the game is pretty colorful and nice to look at. At others, it's so dry and lifeless that it might even stop you from progressing. Overall, everything here feels very different from other games, you might like it, or you might hate it.

Gameplay
Switching between a detective game, an action adventure and an exploration game, it feels like the game doesn't exactly fit a certain genre but instead tries to go all in. This all might feel overwhelming at times, with some side activities that are so nonsensical, they might deter and take away from the seriousness of the main plot. The combat segments are very weak and could have been avoided entirely, which would have helped put more focus on the investigative and exploration elements.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

The game had some rendering issues and a few minor stutters, but nothing game-breaking.

Conclusion:
The Inquisitor is a niche game that a lot of players might find strange, offensive, or overall not very enjoyable, but if it's your type of genre and you'll give it a try, you really might find something to love here.

PowerWash Simulator
PowerWash Simulator is a simple in concept but extremely addictive cleaning simulator, where you are presented with a whole bunch of really dirty areas or items and are tasked with washing them.

Pros:
✅ Relaxing and Addicting gameplay
✅ Smooth and colorful graphics
✅ Multiplayer and other extra modes

Cons:
⛔️ Final objectives are harder to locate
⛔️ Might get old quickly for some players

Gameplay
The game has you working as a professional cleaner for a cleaning company, and performing various tasks for clients through your tablet. You are given a whole bunch of power washing tools (This game doesn't have brooms or buckets like most other cleaning games.) with an unlimited water supply. You can switch between nozzles and soap types to clean different materials as well as corners that are harder to reach. Each level has a cleaning percentage with a list for each item you need to clean, so you won't miss anything. This game is excellent for when you want a cozier experience without shooting or mayhem.

Graphics & Sound
Visually the game looks wonderful and is very easy to run for most PCs. Every item and map is eyecatching and colorful, and slowly cleaning each map can almost feel like you are repainting it. The sound is also excellent, with each surface or material that you spray producing a realistic sound.

Technical Aspects

🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

The game runs flawlessly.

Conclusion:
PowerWash Simulator is superb, and one of the most satisfying gaming experiences out there at the moment, when playing alone or with friends, for those moments when you feel like jumping on a simpler game.

Early Access Review
Sengoku Dynasty
Sengoku Dynasty is an early access life sim set in feudal Japan that has loads of potential to become something much greater than it currently is.

Pros:
✅ Authentic setting & worldbuilding
✅ Nice graphics
✅ Survival elements that are easy to learn

Cons:
⛔️ Lack of direction
⛔️ Clunky map & UI
⛔️ Light on content

Gameplay
The game is set in Feudal Japan and adapts the setting and feeling of the era wonderfully. It fully allows you to put yourself into the shoes of someone who lived in that time and place. You'll quickly have to start collecting items and build tools & structures to survive, and the game makes it fairly simple with an accessible wheel of options you can quickly open, a welcome change from many survival games that make it all extremely complex at the start. The problem is that sometimes the game doesn't tell you what exactly you should do, giving you simple objectives like "use the hammer to build a tent" without any further objective markers or direction, same with the story related objectives. The animals and hunting systems are still in need of work, along with the confusing map and some of the UI.

Graphics & Sound
Visually the game looks great, with some minor improvements that could still be done to improve performance. The music and sound design are also very good and fit with the general vibe of the game, helping you embrace the world much more.

Content
The major issue with the game is the lack of content. It clearly has a ton of groundwork already done to make for an amazing game and even have an interesting plot, but at the moment, with all the heavy crafting and building elements and not much else, it feels like another typical survival game like many we have already seen and not an ambitious period life sim like some of the other games in the Dynasty series.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

A few minor stutters when walking through lots of tall grass.

Conclusion:
Sengoku Dynasty is a highly engaging life sim with loads of groundwork and potential to be an incredible game, but it feels like it could heavily benefit from some more time in the oven.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie
Harmony: The Fall of Reverie is an absolutely beautiful and extremely imaginative visual novel adventure game from DON'T NOD, the studio behind instant story-driven classics such as Life is Strange.

Pros:
✅ Loads of potential choices & branching paths
✅ A mesmerizing & unique art style
✅ Superb voice acting and incredible sound design
✅ An emotional, sophisticated narrative

Cons:
⛔️ Very Minor stutters when transitioning between scenes
⛔️ Loading screens sometimes pop up every few lines, taking away the immersion

Story
The game takes place in the near future and has you playing as Polly who visits her hometown to find out it has changed drastically and that her mother is missing. Soon after she gets transported into a different realm called Reverie, where she is called Harmony. The game's story where you'll be controlling Polly/Harmony is exceptionally written and feels real and very mature. The narrative succeeds in connecting the player with the characters for a truly rich experience.

Graphics & Sound
The first thing in this game that will most likely catch your eye first is the incredible art style. With an opening cutscene that looks like a moving painting and is accompanied by some beautiful music, the game let's you know you are in for a ride. It's all very colorful and during every scene transition you'll just be itching to see what the next screen or character you meet is going to look like. Every screen has it's own matching sound design so it is highly recommended to play with good headphones to get the full experience. The game has a very talented voice cast and every character you meet has a defining voice to match.

Gameplay & Choices
Mostly built as a visual novel, the game's branching path system is where it truly excels. Also called the Augural, the choices screen is where you'll be doing the majority of the actual gameplay, thinking and deciding which choice is the best for the given characters, or the situations they are in. Many of the choices will obviously lead to different outcomes, so the replay value is very high, which is very much helped by a "restart chapter" button on the main menu. The game also has the codex, which is a journal of sorts where you'll be able to keep track of the places you visited, the characters you met, and all their defining qualities. You can also visit the Augural to check previous story entries and read previous chapters and conversations.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

A few minor stutters when environments and scenes are loading up don't harm the game's visual spectacle in the slightest.

Conclusion:
Harmony: The Fall of Reverie is an incredible narrative adventure with meaningful choices that I heartily recommend for any fans of previous works of DON'T NOD, or to anyone who just wants a rich, unique experience that is harder to find in today's triple-A video game market.

Puppetmaster - Pose Viewer
Puppetmaster - Pose Viewer is an incredibly impressive and rich adult sandbox experience and the ultimate way to fully appreciate puppetmaster's creations.

Pros:
✅ Many different positions & scenarios
✅ Biggest customization system yet
✅ Very high-quality voice acting and graphics

Cons:
⛔️ Tiny graphical hiccups in a few environments
⛔️ A few female characters have similar voices

Graphics & Animations
As the game is mostly a showcase and a visual sandbox, the main aspects to look at are the animations and visuals. You can clearly see the amount of effort that went into this game to make it one of the best looking adult games out there. If you are looking for a 3D adult game with futanari content this is the best one out there yet. It has smooth transitions between animations, beautiful lighting effects as well as character models with realistic, changing facial expressions that showcase their feeling. The various environments look unique and make every other possible animation feel different because of the location change.

Sound & Voice Acting
Puppetmaster's sound design is some of the best out there in 3D eroge games. With full on voice actors for each type of position and dynamic sounds for each environment, it has to be played with good headphones to be fully enjoyed. The beach map has the beautiful and quiet sound of the sea while the christmas map has a crackling fire that makes the scene feel cozier. But of course you are mostly going to enjoy the voice acting, and while a few female characters have very similar voices, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

While I came across bigger graphical issues with a few of Puppetmaster's previous games, this one is amazingly optimized, with barely any visual problems to be seen. Transitions and movements are smooth, lighting is excellent, and you can clearly see that the feedback was very much dealt with.

Conclusion:
Puppetmaster - Pose Viewer is the one of the best 3D adult games out there for those mostly interested in futanari content, and a massive leap in quality of life and content upgrades from the dev's previous titles. Hopefully, we get to see more different titles from them in the near future.

Hook&Loop
Hook&Loop is a charming platformer with a pretty art style and several interesting gameplay mechanics and ideas.

Pros:
✅ Unique looking characters and environments
✅ Replayability
✅ Great music

Cons:
⛔️ The platforming can be a bit stiff at times
⛔️ Some of the sound design can get repetitive
⛔️ A few grammar issues in the English version

Gameplay & Story
The game is comprised of cool looking cutscenes and different levels where you have to get through a series of different obstacles, usually including these cute sheep-like creatures in some capacity. You play as Hookguy, this cool dude who works in a record store and really loves music, when one day Loopgirl, the woman he loves get kidnapped by Cotto, a bigger version of the cute sheep-like enemies, and it's up to him to rescue her.

The experience is very nice visually and has various colorful levels and areas. The levels have a timer, and the most common obstacle in the game is getting stuck in various things in the environment and trying to free yourself. Some of the character movements can feel strange and stiff at times, and environmental sound effects can get a bit repetitive. One of the great things about the game is the music, and how the gameplay uses it. When progressing, you may come across a record power-up. The music and lighting will change, and you will become invincible for a while allowing you to progress faster.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

The game is well optimized with lots of graphical options that will help the game look it's best on the build you are using.

Conclusion:
Hook&Loop is a unique platformer with an original visual style and some great music. While some of the platforming segments can feel off at times, the game is still fun and definitely shows the developer's high potential and creativity.

Night Spasm
Night Spasm is a rich indie role playing game with various gameplay systems as well as an interesting plot.

Pros:
✅ Big areas to explore
✅ Many secrets to find
✅ Good writing and plot
✅ Completely Free to Play

Cons:
⛔️ There are some character clipping and puzzle glitches
⛔️ Doesn't differentiate itself by a whole lot from the usual RPGMaker game

Gameplay

The gameplay is mostly comprised of familiar RPGMaker systems like turn-based combat and exploration, with some unique and welcome additions.

Exploration & Puzzles
The game is divided by areas and has towns, houses and forests to explore. Each place may contain some useful items, a chest or even a hidden passage with secrets to discover. Since the game doesn't give you much direction, it's up to the player to traverse the areas and figure out where to go. If something is too difficult or impossible at a certain point, like some puzzles which require a specific number of points to unlock, it's possible to come back for them later. The puzzles are scattered throughout the world and have varying levels of difficulty.

Combat
The combat will be familiar to anyone who has played traditional RPG games and RPGMaker games in particular. It provides you with lots of weapons and items at the start, so you can figure out your playstyle and start off easily, though it can be a bit overwhelming to newcomers with the number of items it drops on you at the start and the text showcasing them on the side of the screen.

Graphics, Music & Writing
The simplistic style and graphics combined with the witty and sometimes cheesy writing, provide the game's charm. It has decent jokes and an engaging plot, although not revolutionary. Something the game does very well is use pieces of indie music that aren't too well known, which gives a breath of fresh air in the RPGMaker marketplace where the tracks are usually the same royalty free tunes.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

The game is optimized very well with windowed and fullscreen options. Some in-game glitches may happen, such as characters clipping and puzzles not loading correctly, but nothing that breaks the game entirely.

Conclusion:
Night Spasm is a very enjoyable role playing game that surprised me as someone who has been exposed to dozens of RPGMaker game on steam. As the game is completely free, I'd highly recommend giving it a shot, especially if you are new to the genre and want to try it out for the first time.

SCUM
SCUM is an excellent open world survival game that you can play either alone or with friends. It's massive, realistic, and above all, very engaging.

Pros:
✅ Massive world
✅ Tons of things to do
✅ A deep crafting system
✅ Lots of Exploration

Cons:
⛔️ There are some minor enemy and AI glitches
⛔️ Varying loading screen times, longer than usual sometimes

Gameplay

The gameplay is mostly comprised of exploration, crafting, and combat.

Exploration
Like a lot of other games of its type, this is a massive game, but here it somehow feels different. The frequent colors and highly interactable environment at almost every few steps is a great addition to a genre with worlds that can be mostly dead at times. With bases, camps, buildings and all sorts of things to see you will also discover the story of SCUM Island (where the game takes place) on your own, which makes it feel rewarding and interesting even if you didn't find the best loot.

Crafting
One of the biggest parts of this game is crafting. You will have to craft to survive. It is a deep and complex system that can be somewhat confusing at first but gets much easier to manage after playing a bit. You will find tons of different materials around the map that you will be able to craft into tons of different (and sometimes bizarre) items already laid out for you with the items you need.

Combat
The combat in the game is realistic while still managing to keep a fun gameplay flow. You will find (or craft) weapons around the map, but you will also be able to use every other possible item as a weapon, since you can hold every item. Many will be useless, but some might work.

Graphics & Content
The graphics in the game are beautiful, with a mostly colorful world that doesn't feel over repetitive or dead and makes you want to keep exploring and walking around. The game includes a wonderful character creator with lots of customisation options and beautiful facial models. The game includes many graphical options and settings, some crazy emotes and possible actions that you can perform around the map as well as full-on nudity that you are also able to turn off if you wish. With all of these features, the game has a special kind of charm that I haven't seen in any other survival game.

Sound
As expected from a good survival game, SCUM has excellent sound design. You will be able to hear everything going on around you and plan your approach to combat according to sounds around you. Sometimes while roaming around you may hear strange sounds you haven't heard before which makes you want to leave your current plan and go check them out. Ambience is also a strong part of the sound design here, with immersive sounds of the environment around you, and a meter that will show you how much noise your character is making.

The DLC Packs

At the moment, the game includes three mostly cosmetic DLC packs that support the developers.

Supporter Pack
The first deluxe pack includes a unique BCU (head accessory), a special developer shirt, a tattoo set, a watch & a mystery item, as well as a nice printable T-shirt templates that you can print out for yourself and a design book of the game, showing the behind the scenes of the making of SCUM. It also adds whistling and some new genital stuff.

Supporter Pack 2
The second deluxe pack is less about cosmetics, with some whole new features and other bonuses included here. This pack adds a photo mode, an awesome music player that also allows you to add your own music while exploring the world, a cool movie script that allows you to further discover about the lore of SCUM, and dance emotes, a feature that blends in with the wacky tone of the game brilliantly. It also includes some badass posters and wallpapers.

Danny Trejo Character Pack
The latest DLC pack lets play as the action legend Danny Trejo, with his iconic machete and all. The pack includes his likeness as well as a clothing set and a bunch of voice lines and taunts recorded by him. Really worth it for action movie fans.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

The game runs beautifully and looks great, but does have some loading screen issues from time to time while loading into the maps, with longer than usual loading times or rare crashes.

Conclusion:
SCUM is an excellent survival game that keeps on giving. It's welcoming to players who are newcomers to the survival genre while still being deep and complex like all its peers. It's addictive, crazy and insanely fun.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits
Kena: Bridge of Spirits is an absolutely beautiful game. It's an amazing piece of media that pretty much everyone can enjoy, and it paves the way for lots more games like it in this next generation of games.

Pros:
✅ Spectacular Graphics
✅ Lots of difficulty and accessibility options
✅ Amazing Soundtrack
✅ Great gameplay

Cons:
⛔️ Movement can feel a tiny bit stiff at times

Gameplay & Story

As this is a mostly linear game, the gameplay is compromised of combat, platforming, exploration and a few puzzle elements.

Story
The plot is told through mesmerizing cutscenes that look pretty much exactly like a super high quality 3D Disney movie. Every little detail is animated in this beautiful cinematic experience of a game. You play as Kena, a young spirit guide who's main task is helping and releasing spirits so they can have a peaceful journey into their next life. With help of some small spirits called the Rot (who are probably the cutest creatures I have ever seen), she will embark on her journey to release the trapped spirits in an old village.

Exploration
Other than in the cutscenes, exploration is where the game can shine the most. You will roam around pretty large hubs and collect a specific amount of rot creatures so they can help you in your journey and in combat segments. Every environment is perfectly crafted and is a joy to explore. In between finding rot and other things around the world, you can also sit down for a moment and interact with your rot in several adorable ways, which makes them feel all the more real.

Combat & Platforming
The platforming is satisfying but can feel a bit stiff at times, though it doesn't take from the enjoyment of traversing the world. It is used a lot to get from place to place and is pretty much what you would expect. The combat is actually a bigger point since there are lots of ways to go around handling your enemies, with the Rot bringing in some unique methods to win battles. As they are your companions, they can also help you in battle and be extremely useful. You will mostly use your bow for long ranged combat and staff for close range combat.

Graphics
The graphics are probably some of the best I have ever seen in a game, and seeing them from a smaller studio like this is all the more impressive. The game manages to get you invested in this world mostly through the visuals, making it feel like a neverending animated movie that is fully lived in. The cutscenes especially get you up close with these characters, with beautifully crafted facial animations and voice acting.

Music and Sound
The game's music and sound design are also massive highlights in my opinion, as they are also masterfully crafted. Even when just opening up the game, you can stay in the main menu and hear the amazing forest sounds and the sounds of a wind chime which are just so satisfying and high-quality. The soundtrack feels both very epic at times, and also charming and quiet when it needs to be. When entering a "deadzone heart" for the first time, the happy and chill forest soundtrack became low and a bit distorted, which felt just right for that small area and situation, and was done very smoothly.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

The game looks stunning and runs smoothly, and can also run on lower specs.

Conclusion:
Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a game like no other. Pretty much anyone can play it and get invested. It's emotional, charming, epic and a masterpiece in visual storytelling. It will set the standard for lots of video games to come and I highly recommend that at some point, everyone tries out this beautiful gem of a game.

DayZ
DayZ is a massive online open-world zombie game with lots of exploration and highly realistic survival elements. A huge game that you can put hours upon hours into.

Pros:
✅ Massive World
✅ Deep & Realistic Survival Systems
✅ Character Creation

Cons:
⛔️ Many servers have really bad ping and lots of hackers
⛔️ The world can feel a bit empty at times if you play by yourself

Gameplay

The gameplay heavily relies on exploration and seeing as much as possible. This is a massive game with lots of complex gameplay systems (that don't always tell you how they work) and it takes a lot of time to learn and get the hang of.

Exploration
The biggest thing you will do in the game most of the time is walking around the massive world trying to scavenge around the map. While playing you may encounter a random shack or village then just go inside and explore to see what it hides. Sometimes it has some very valuable things that can help you along the way, other times it may also hide some zombie friends, as they are a big part of the game's environment.

Crafting & Inventory
The game's crafting and inventory systems are a bit complex and take a lot of getting used to. As the game doesn't offer you a lot of hints or help when starting to play, you will figure out a lot of things on your own. Each clothing item has it's own separate inventory which can get confusing at times, not to mention the fact that you can also hold your own clothes then use them as weapons. Each item serves a purpose and is usable in one way or another. You will use bandages to patch up your wounds when bleeding (you can get infected), craft campfires for the (very dark) nights and loot zombies and other dead survivors you come across for their items and gear.

Combat
The combat feels decent and serves it's purpose. It's not anything amazing but is basically just there. Gunplay is decent but fistfights can feel a bit awkward, especially when fighting a bunch of random zombies.

Graphics
The graphics are decent, but for a game like this really shouldn't be the main selling point. Since these are absolutely massive maps with lots of walking around grass and forests, you will not be seeing a lot of graphical spectacle.

Sound
The game's sound is excellent, and is very important to the gameplay itself. When walking around you can hear pretty much everything with headphones, as well as your own footsteps, with an indicator to show how much noise you are making. Sound can either give away enemies locations, or your own.

Livonia DLC
The Livonia DLC includes a new massive map that offers a bit of a different gameplay experience, as it feels a bit more "close quarters" in a way. It has a massive forest and swamp environments and is heavily inspired by real world eastern Europe. This map relies more on the threat of nature and has dangerous thunderstorms and animals to hunt. It's a massive and frankly good-looking map that is a nice addition to the game.

Technical Aspects
🔹 This review was completed on a Desktop PC. The specs for this unit are as followed.
🔹 CPU: Intel I5-12600KF
🔹 RAM: 32GB DDR4
🔹 Graphics Card: GigaByte GeForce RTX 3070ti

The game runs smoothly, but can have some server issues which impact performance. With lots of servers that have high ping and many hackers that seem to be flooding some servers, quality and game performance can lower.

Conclusion:
DayZ is a massive experience like no other that can take hours to get into. The game is much better with friends but can be played any number of ways, and every time you get into a map you are guaranteed to see some new things. I highly recommend the game to anyone interested in a colossal online survival experience like no other.
