Important note: The game has a lot of glitches and performance issues. It is currently not optimized very well, but playing on a very high end PC makes it playable. This review is based on playing the game on a high-end PC, if don't have one I wouldn't recommend playing the game until it is patched up a lot.

Without those issues, the game is very, very good in my opinion. I loved the main story, the bigger side quests and the important NPCs. Those feel very much alive and are one of the best I've seen in any game yet. The perk progression system is also quite good and fun, but not very in depth with very much game changing perks. The "gigs" are also just kinda there, they're not boring if you customized a fun playstyle, but they aren't really shining in particular either.

It's mostly about the first three points I mentioned: main story, side quests and NPCs. Here's where the game really take it's shine, and you see the love and detail CD Projekt Red also put in Witcher 3. I find it really amazing and that what makes this game really a must play for big RPG fans. Driving works okay, gunplay is okay, hacking is okay, but nothing groundbreaking. What I would love to see is more customization. For example: customize your houses and vehicles, more in depth perks, a transmog system, deeper romance system. Also, the game isn't short, but I would've loved to see more in depth side quests, because they were that good.

This game could really benefit for expansions on scale of Witcher 3. I also hope that they also include these feedback points in them. So all in all, if they improve this game more (definitely for consoles), I really recommend it if you love RPGs. The game does really great things in some aspects, and some that are just okay. If they also include the performance issues and the feedback points in the future, it becomes a must have. Definitely a fun game and can't wait what they will do with it in the future. For now, if you currently don't have a very high end PC build, I recommend waiting a bit until most performance issues and bugs are fixed.
