There's nothing you can do to get you items back. I have no affiliation with Steam or Valve... Contact Steam support and try your luck, but they don't return items 99.99% of the time.

That is a scam. You won't get banned and no one "false reported" you, whoever told you that is lying. Of it was a trusted friend that told you that they are either an impersonator or they've been hijacked. No one who works at Valve would ever contact you about account related issues over Discord.

No such thing as a Steam admin, no one who works at Valve would ever contact you about account related issues over Steam chat.
